How do I confirm my reservation?
The booking process is very simple, once you have made your payment, we will send you your itinerary and your booking confirmation. You can always resolve your queries through our contact methods, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How can I book a transfer?
Very simple! use our search on our main page or on the booking button, enter your destination or pick-up point, date, time and number of passengers. Add additional information if necessary (type and number of child seats, comments on luggage) You will see the best offers for your Transfer. Specify your contact details and your flight information if applicable.
If you like, you can create an account to track your transfer and receive our offers and promotions.
When your travel request is ready and we have confirmed your payment, you will receive the confirmation along with your itinerary and our driver’s details.
Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the point previously agreed upon in the booking request with a sign with your name clearly written on it. You will receive an email and a text message with your driver’s name and phone number.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. If the delay is more than one hour, or your flight was cancelled or rescheduled, please contact our support team.
What is included in the price?
The selected price includes the driver, includes free waiting time (60 minutes at airports, bus terminals, passenger terminals, train stations, and 15 minutes in all other places), also includes gasoline and road tolls, parking fee.
